Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Grill Pro X (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from Grill Pro X, the client (“you” or “customer”) agrees to the following terms.

Scope of Services

Grill Pro X provides professional grill cleaning, outdoor kitchen care, maintenance, inspections, seasonal services, and related add-on services. Services are intended to improve cleanliness, performance, and safety but do not guarantee restoration to like-new condition or prevent all future issues.

Estimates & Pricing

All pricing is starting at and subject to change based on grill size, condition, access, configuration, and scope of work.
Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if actual conditions differ from those described at booking.
Any additional services or upgrades will be communicated and approved before work proceeds.

Scheduling & Access

Appointments are scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to service.
Appointment windows may be used due to travel and routing across the Hamptons and Long Island.
The client is responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to the grill or outdoor kitchen at the time of service.
If access is not available, the appointment may be considered a late cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or denied access may result in a cancellation or service fee.
Grill Pro X reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

Condition of Equipment

Grill Pro X is not responsible for pre-existing damage, corrosion, manufacturer defects, age-related wear, or prior improper repairs.
While services may improve performance and safety, results vary depending on equipment condition.
We do not guarantee future operation, longevity, or performance after service.

Repairs & Replacement Parts

Any recommendations for repairs or replacement parts are advisory and based on observed conditions at the time of service.
Grill Pro X does not guarantee the availability or lifespan of replacement parts.
Labor for part installation or assembly is billed separately unless included in a membership or program.

Seasonal Services

Seasonal shutdowns, reactivations, weatherproofing, and related services are preventative in nature and do not guarantee protection against all weather-related, environmental, moisture, or pest damage.

Rodent & Environmental Conditions

If rodent activity, nests, or contamination are discovered, removal and sanitation may be recommended as an additional service.
Grill Pro X does not provide pest control services and is not responsible for ongoing rodent activity beyond the serviced area.

 

Memberships & Programs

Memberships and programs are billed annually or according to the selected billing plan.
Membership services do not roll over unless explicitly stated. 
Memberships and programs are non-transferable between properties without written approval. 
Grill Pro X reserves the right to modify or discontinue membership offerings with reasonable notice.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Accepted payment methods are communicated at booking.
Late or declined payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to operate grills and outdoor kitchen equipment according to manufacturer guidelines following service.
Grill Pro X is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, improper operation, or failure to follow safety recommendations after service completion.

Limitation of Liabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grill Pro X shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of serviced equipment. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Insurance

Grill Pro X maintains appropriate insurance coverage for the services provided. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Service Area

Grill Pro X services the Hamptons and surrounding Long Island areas. Additional travel fees may apply outside our primary service area.

Changes to Terms

Grill Pro X reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website and will apply to all future services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or receiving services from Grill Pro X, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
